The next UVR-GSA Formation Committee (FC) meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 12, 2016, from 2:00 to 7:00 pm, at the Casitas Municipal Water District, 1055 Ventura Avenue, Oak View.
At this meeting the FC will review a number of articles in the draft JPA and discuss the GSA’s method of decision-making, along with the related issue of the GSA’s funding scheme (which won’t be officially decided until further into the process).
